Privacy Policy

ArchLens (“the service”, at arch-lens.c4-worker.workers.dev) is a tool for drawing and sharing software architecture diagrams with your team. This page explains what it stores about you and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and, if you sign up with a password, a salted hash of it (we never store the password itself).
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google tells us your email address and whether it is verified. We ask for no other Google data (scopes: openid and email) and we do not read your Google contacts, files or mail.
• Your content: the workspaces, diagrams, comments, flows, versions and pictures you create, and the names of the people you invite.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary), and short-lived counters used to limit repeated sign-in attempts. Cloudflare, which hosts the service, processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver it and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no tracking or analytics cookies, no selling or renting of data.
• We do not use your content to train models.

How it is used

Only to run the service: to sign you in, show your workspaces to you and the people you invite, keep versions and backups, and enforce plan limits. Share links show a diagram to anyone who has the link; only the shared diagram is exposed.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare (Workers, Durable Objects, D1): hosting and storage.
• Google: only if you use “Sign in with Google”.
• Buy Me a Coffee: only if you follow the support link on the front page; that is a separate site with its own policy.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account or workspace exists. Deleting a workspace removes its diagrams, versions, shares and pictures. Automatic backups are kept for the last 7 days. To delete your account and data, or to ask for a copy of it, contact us below and we will do it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Access to a workspace is limited to its members, and share links are read-only. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your sign-in details private.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes. Continued use means you accept the update.

ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่ง (HTTPS) รหัสผ่านถูกแฮช เฉพาะสมาชิกเข้าถึง workspace ได้ และลิงก์แชร์เป็นแบบอ่านอย่างเดียว

การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากนโยบายเปลี่ยน วันที่ด้านบนจะเปลี่ยนตาม การใช้งานต่อถือว่ายอมรับ
