By using ArchLens (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

ArchLens lets you draw, edit and share software architecture diagrams with a team. It is provided free of charge, in its current state and “as is”, and may change, have limits (for example the number of workspaces, people and pictures) or be withdrawn at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for what happens under your account. Give us a real email address and keep it up to date. Workspace owners decide who may join their workspace.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you create. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. You promise you have the right to upload it and that it is not unlawful. Anyone with a share link can see the diagram it points to, so share links carefully.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break, overload or get around the service or its limits.
• No uploading content you do not have the right to use, and no harassment or abuse.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty, limited liability

The service comes without warranties of any kind. We make daily backups but you should keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or other indirect damage from using or not being able to use the service.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end the service or an account, with notice where practical.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use means you accept the update. See also our Privacy Policy.
